It is important to welcome outsiders onto Country to give blessings for gathering on ancient, Aboriginal lands. A Welcome to Country also offers protection from our spirit ancestors who keep us safe and are always watching over us.

Uncle Roger is a Gumbaynggirr lore man, who is a traditional owner and custodian of Gumbaynggirr Country. He offers beautiful and meaningful ceremony and can take many forms including smoking ceremonies, speech and music.
